Course Description:
Healthcare professionals are constantly exposed to physical and psychological demands that can lead to long-term musculoskeletal strain and degenerative conditions. This course focuses on the importance of ergonomics and preventive strategies in maintaining the health and well-being of practitioners across various disciplines.

Participants will explore the relationship between workplace design, repetitive strain, posture, and the development of conditions such as chronic back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis, and spinal disorders. The course will cover evidence-based ergonomic practices, injury prevention techniques, and rehabilitation approaches tailored to healthcare environments.

Through practical demonstrations, case studies, and interactive discussions, attendees will gain the skills needed to modify their work habits, improve workplace safety, and advocate for ergonomic interventions at institutional levels.
