MFR REFUND POLICY

At MFR Services, we are committed to providing quality training experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where refunds are necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

 

1. No Refunds for Absences

Refunds will not be granted for absences during scheduled training sessions.

2. Advance Notice for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund due to an absence, you must notify us at least one day (24 hours) before the scheduled training session. Failure to provide advance notice will forfeit your eligibility for a refund.

3. Postponement or Cancellation by MFR

In cases where a training session does not meet the minimum participant requirement, MFR Services reserves the right to either postpone or cancel the workshop.

  • If the workshop is postponed, registered participants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled session or request a refund.
  • If the workshop is canceled, refunds will be promptly processed for all registered participants.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
