Terms and Conditions

Our refund policy stipulates the following:

1. Refunds will not be granted for absences.
2. To qualify for a refund, notify us of your absence at least one day before the training. Failure to provide advance notice forfeits the refund eligibility.
3. In the event that a training lacks a sufficient number of participants, MFR reserves the right to either postpone or cancel the workshop. Should the workshop be canceled, refunds for registered participants will be promptly processed.
